Y5 led a wonderful Remembrance Service for the school on 10th November.
In preparation for the Service, all the Y5 children wrote their own Ode to Remembrance Day poems - some were shared during the service

Working as Engineers to design and create the strongest bridge with 10 lolly sticks, 15 pieces of sticky tape and 1 piece of newspaper. They were amazed that most of them could hold up to 3kg!

Christmas Lunch Days - these were a huge success at the end of Term 2
Reception children enjoying stories from their Teachers, learning new sounds, taking on new Maths challenges, practising phonics and reading skills during their home learning. They also joined in 'Odd Socks Day' during Anti-Bulling Week. (18th November 2020)
During Anti-Bullying Week - children made bullying stop signs for their classroom windows. The whole school also celebrated 'Odd Socks Day' to help us raise awareness.

Lewis and Isla, Ash and Pine classes cycled 26 times around the pond in Clarence Park.
Isabella 5JC cycled 2 x 2.6 miles.
Dexter Y1 Chestnut and Chace 3HC - 26 star jump challenge.
Evie Reception Elm class - walk/run of 2.6 miles around Worlebury Golf Course.
Lola class 4O and Mrs Kelly support staff, 26 miles in 1 week - combination of cycling and running.
