St Martin's Church of England Primary School

After School Club & Breakfast Club

Wraparound Care

St. Martin’s Church of England Primary School has its own highly successful onsite wraparound care provision in the form of Breakfast and After School Clubs. The club is registered to provide childcare for children who attend St. Martin’s Primary School, during term-time.

Aims

The club aims to provide a safe, secure and relaxed environment for the children in our care. We offer a range of activities for children to choose from during club time. Breakfast is provided as a meal in the morning and a snack and drink are provided at After School Club; however, this is not intended to be a substitute for a main evening meal. We use fresh ingredients and follow statutory guidelines. Water is available to drink at all times. Individual dietary requirements and parental preferences are met wherever possible.

The clubs are staffed by a Playleader and Playworkers who are members of the school staffing team, following school policies and procedures all times.

Bookings

Each club can take a maximum of 45 pupils per session. All sessions have to be pre-booked and paid for in advance using ParentPay, we do not operate a credit facility. The only exception to this rule is for those parents who use childcare vouchers, but this must be pre-agreed with the school Bursar. Parents using childcare vouchers will need to have credit on their accounts in order to use the booking system, as the credit will be your form of payment.

Fees

Breakfast Club

7.30am onwards = £4.50 per session, £4.00 concession for additional siblings

After School Club

3.15pm – 6.00pm = £10.00 per session, £9.00 concession for additional siblings

All sessions include a healthy snack and drinks.

Bookings and cancellations for Breakfast Club can be made right up until 7.00am on the day of the club, through ParentPay. After School Club, for staffing reasons, has a longer booking and cancellation period; parents/carers can make changes up until 2 days before on ParentPay after this time cancellations are not possible for a refund. Bookings will need to be made via the school office during office hours or the club leader during club hours.

Please see the terms and conditions document, linked below, for more information on bookings/cancellations and charging.
