ParentPay is an online payment system for schools allowing parents to pay quickly and securely for school meals, trips and activities, music lessons and various clubs.
St Martin's is now a cashless school so when your child starts school at St Martin's you will receive a ParentPay account activation letter within a couple of days. Parent Pay is simple, safe, convenient and your child no longer needs to carry cash into school.
You simply top-up your ParentPay account online by debit or credit card, or in cash through PayPoint stores. Your ParentPay balance can be used immediately to pay for any of your children’s items.
How to activate your account?
To create a new account, you will need to have the account activation letter provided to hand. You will also need to be able to access your email as your email address will become your new username and is used for the verification process.
If you have lost your activation letter or not yet received it, please contact the school office Tel: 01934 628651. (Please note, if you have previously had a ParentPay account you should attempt to login to this account and follow the add a child process, rather than creating a new one.)
Navigate to www.parentpay.com
Select > Login at the top right corner of the screen
Enter the > username and > password (activation codes) provided in your account activation letter and select > Login
Complete the activation as detailed on the screen.
You can now log in to your account.
