New versions of the iPhone and Android SchoolPing app are now available to download. All users are recommended to upgrade to the latest app version as soon as possible, to benefit from general performance improvements and bug fixes.
Not sure how to update your SchoolPing app?
Android users: search for 'SchoolPing' in the Google Play Store on your phone. If you can see an 'Update' button next to the SchoolPing logo then click it to download. If you can see an 'Open' button then you are already using the latest version.
iPhone users: search for 'SchoolPing' in the App Store on your phone and then follow the same steps as above.
SchoolPing are aware that users on older versions of the Android OS, (5.0.2 and older) recently received a 'Service currently unavailable' error when accessing the mobile app. SchoolPing deployed a fix and apologise to any users who experienced this.
Also, Parents who have booked a parents' evening slot on the Android app may not see the date/time confirmed in the app message - the saved booking will be added to parent's SchoolPing calendar.
